Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Convention registrations may be cancelled until midnight, July 31,
    2010 for a full refund, minus a $50.00 processing fee.

    Please Note:  The Colorado Red Hat Rendezvous is not
    responsible for refunds of any fee or expense beyond the
    convention registration fee.

    Refunds for hotel reservations must be handled through the
    hotel and are subject to their policy.

    No-Shows will be considered a non-refundable cancellation.

Q. What is your last day for registrations?

A. The last day for conventions registration is September 15, 2010.
    The response to the convention has been overwhelming with
     ladies registering early, so don't wait or you'll miss out.

Q. My husband will be coming with me. Can he attend any of the 
    events or activities?

A. We're sorry, but space available at all events and activities is
     limited and can only be offered to Red Hatters registered at
     the convention. 

Q. There are two activities I want to sign up for but the times
     overlap. 

A.  In order to give ladies more options for their free time, some
     activities had to overlap due to time constraints. We don't
     want to choose your activities for you, so look at the list
     and decide what you would most like to do.  Sign up is required.

Q.  Will you have a price for ladies that can only attend one or
      two events?

A.  Unfortunately, no. In order for us to keep the cost within a
     range that everyone can afford, we cannot break down costs
     by the day or by the event.  We hope everyone can understand
     and will want to come and enjoy the whole Rendezvous
     experience with us.

Q.  Are Red Hatters from other states invited to join you at this 
     convention?

A.  You bet! Our only limitation is the total number of attendees
     because the convention facility will only seat 350.

Q.  It is past the deadline for a convention refund, but I have had
     a family emergency and need to cancel. Can I get a refund
     anyway?

A.  We know that problems come up that may require you to miss
      the convention, but please understand that your registration 
      fees included much more than meal costs.  We have already 
      paid the expenses for entertainment, decorations, web fees,
      etc. So, while we are sympathetic, we will have to enforce the
      refund deadline of July 31, 2010.
