HOTEL REGISTRATION:

Due to the limited number of double rooms, the Rendezvous will be handling all room registrations.  When you register for the convention you will be able to select your room type on your registration paperwork and if you have a roommate, please list her on your form and she will need to register by July 31, 2012 to secure your room.  Please note first come on all double rooms, I would recommend that you sign up early and take advantage of our easy and affordable payment plan.

For those who would like to arrive early, the hotel has graciously extended our wonderful room rates.  Please make a notation on your registration what day you will be arriving and departing and arrangements will be made. (We have limited space for early arrivals so please do not wait!)

Double rooms are $89.00 per night (two queen size beds) and Single rooms are $69.00 per night (one king size bed.)

AIRPORT:
Denver International Airport (DIA) is approx. 1/2 hour to 45 minute drive depending on traffic.  There are a few different options for transportation:
