The Rendezvous will be handling all room registrations. Double rooms are limited so please register early. The Marriott hotel will email /mail you directly a hotel confirmation no later than 30 days before arrival.2012 CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PLAN:
The Rendezvous is more than happy to work out an easy 4 month payment plan. Your convention fee, event activity classes and memorabilia will be added together than split into four monthly easy payments.
Final payment must be made by August 1st, 2012.
To participate in this plan your registration must arrive by May 1st, 2012.
There is a NO REFUND policy for the monthly payment plan.

NON CREDIT CARD CANCELLATION POLICY:
You may cancel your convention registration up to June 30th, 2012 for a full refund minus a $50.00 processing fee. After June 30th, 2012 you are welcome to transfer your convention registration. If you participated in the credit card plan you are not eligible to receive a refund, but, you can transfer your convention registration. Please notify us no later than August 30th, 2012 for any changes on your registration.
