Menu option for Friday Evening: Family Style - Choose one:	Meatloaf w/Steve’s Glaze, Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Brown Gravy, Corn, Green Beans & Carrots. Vegetarian Option – (Served Plated) Quinoa Pasta Primavera w/Spinach, Roasted Tomato & Olive Mix. Dessert: Apple Cobbler with Cinnamon Streusel Topping, Garnished with Whipped Cream
Saturday Breakfast:	Full American Breakfast, Eggs Scrambled, Potatoes, Sausage, Fruit Cup and Breakfast Breads Vegetarian Option - No meat served with American breakfast
Saturday Lunch: Buffet Style:	Hot Dogs, Brats & Burgers w/appropriate bread, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Garnish, Sweet Potato Fries & Cross Cut Potatoes Garnish consists of: Lettuce Tomato, Red Onions, Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo, Sauerkraut, Peppers, Diced Onions and Pickles. Gluten Free Buns available if needed. Vegetarian Option: Boca Burger Dessert: - Ice Cream Parlour – Buffet Style Vanilla and Chocolate Ice Cream, Sprinkles, Oreo Cookie Crumbles, Strawberry, Caramel and Chocolate Sauce, Cherries, Chopped Nuts, Butterfinger Pieces and Whipped Cream.
Saturday Gala Dinner: Choose one:	Smoked Tenderloin with dried fruit compote, twice baked Sweet Potato, Grilled Zucchini, Squash and Snow Peas. Roasted Salmon, Sundried Tomato Glaze and Country Olive Relish Vegetarian Option - Eggplant with Spinach, Mushroom Zucchini, Feta Cheese, Roasted Tomato atop Fettuccine Marinara. Dessert: Served Plated - Mini Red Velvet Bundt Cake in a Cosmo Glass with Raspberry Mousse and Dark Chocolate Square. Garnished with Whipped Cream and Painted Plate.

Ladies, select carefully! There will be NO menu changes at your tables. If you ordered a Meat plate and want to change to a Fish plate, we are sorry but we will not be able to accomodate your request. If you order a vegetarian plate, that is the meal you will be served. Regarding food allergies, we will endeavor to accomodate your requests but remember that what you order will be what you get. This has become necesssary due to food waste in past years. Last year 23 meals had to be thrown out due to requested changes. Thank you for your cooperation, it is appreciated by all.
HOTEL REGISTRATION: The Rendezvous will be handling all room registrations. Double rooms are limited so please register early. The Marriott hotel will email /mail you directly a hotel confirmation no later than 30 days before arrival. Room Rates: Single Room $69.00 per night excluding hotel taxes. (One king size bed) Double Room $89.00 per night excluding hotel taxes (Two queen size beds).

2012 CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PLAN The Rendezvous is more than happy to work out a easy 4 month payment plan. Your convention fee, event activity classes and memorabilia will be added together than split into four monthly easy payments. All payments will be billed on the 28th of each month. Final payment must be made by August 1st, 2012. To participate in this payment plan your registration must be received by May 1st, 2012. There is a NO REFUND policy for the monthly payment plan should you need to cancel for any reason please contact Nancy Neville at: Toll Free: 866-228-7498 Cell: 303-588-6188 Email: info@coloradoredhatconvention.com or queennaneki@yahoo.com Please check: I understand and accept and agree to the 2012 Rendezvous Credit Card monthly payment plan to commence on the date my registration is received, with final payment by/on August 1, 2012. YES, I understand, accept and agree on the above terms. I authorize the Red Hat Rendezvous to charge my credit card each month for a period of 4 months in the amount of $49.75 per month plus my selected paid classes and event memorabilia. Please note a $5.00 one time processing fee will be added to help offset the cost of monthly bank fees. NO, Thank you- Just sign me up and charge my credit card $199.00 plus above extras. NON CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PLAN CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel your convention registration up to July 30th, 2011 for a full refund minus a $50.00 processing fee. After July 30th you are welcome to transfer your convention registration. If you participated in the credit card plan you are not eligible to receive a refund but you can transfer your convention registration. Please notify us no later than September 3rd, 2011 for any changes on your registration.

PLEASE NOTE:
*The Colorado Red Hat Rendezvous is not responsible for refunds of any fee or expenses beyond the convention fee.

*Once you have received your hotel confirmation in the mail, all changes will be handled through the Marriott Hotel, all hotel charges and refunds will be made directly through the hotel.

*NO SHOWS will be considered a non-refundable cancellation.
