10th ANNUAL RED HAT RENDEZVOUS
You are invited to participate in the 10th Annual Red Hat Rendezvous to be held on Saturday, OCTOBER 10, 2015, at the Denver South Marriott, I-25 and Lincoln Avenue exit. Parking and unloading will be done on the Northeast corner of the building.
We are looking for vendors who have unusual and interesting items for our Red Hat Ladies to purchase during the event. This is a great way for you to advertise. So we are asking that you have plenty of business cards available for the ladies. When submitting the application, you must include pictures and will not be able to sell anything other than you have listed or pictured.
The vendor/booth area will be open during the entire event, times may vary. The fee for your booth will be $100.00 per table. Your booth fee is payable and non-refundable upon signing the contract.
Please provide your own decorations. There will be an eight (8) foot covered table provided. Please let us know what kind of amenities you will require for your area, i.e. electricity, computer set-up, etc. prior to attendance. If at all possible, we will try to accommodate your needs; there WILL be an extra charge for some of the set-ups.
Closing date for applications is: May 1, 2015. Decisions will be made by August 15, 2015 and you will be notified by e-mail. Your check is due at that time. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN CHOSEN AS A VENDOR.
