 VENDOR CONTRACT

7th ANNUAL RED HAT RENDEZVOUS

LITTLETON, COLORADO

Dear Vendor:

You are invited to participate in the 6th Annual Red Hat Rendezvous to be held on Friday, September 28, 2012, Saturday, September 29, 2012 and Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the Denver South Marriott, I-25 and Lincoln Avenue exit. Parking and unloading will be done on the Northeast corner of the building.

We are requesting the chosen vendors come and set up their booth the night before the Rendezvous, Thursday, September 27, 2012 at 3:00 PM. The theme of the Rendezvous is to have a relaxing weekend full of FUN and FRIENDSHIP.

We are looking for vendors who have unusual and interesting items for our Red Hat Ladies to purchase during the event.  This is a great way for you to advertise. So we are asking that you have plenty of business cards available for the ladies. When submitting the application, you must include pictures and will not be able to sell anything other than you have listed or pictured.

The vendor/booth area will be open during the entire event, times may vary.  The fee for your booth will be $100.00 per table.  Your booth fee is payable and non-refundable upon signing the contract.
We do ask that you be open and ready for business all three days from open to close.  Please do not leave the shop early.  You will not be allowed into any of the events of the weekend, unless you have paid the registration fee for the Rendezvous. 

We are, also requesting a donation from each vendor of "two" $25.00 gift certificates to be used as door prizes for the attendees. You will need to have your door prizes delivered to Rita Barker by the end of the Thursday evening set-up.

Please provide your own decorations.  There will be an eight (8�) foot covered table provided. Please let us know what kind of amenities you will require for your area, i.e. electricity, computer set-up, etc.  If at all possible, we will try to accommodate your needs; there WILL be an extra charge for some of the set-ups.

Closing dates for applications is: May 1, 2012. Decisions will be made July 1, 2012 and you will be notified by e-mail. Your check is due at that time. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ONCE YOU HAVE BEEN CHOOSEN AS A VENDOR.

OPEN HOURS OF THE CONVENTION WILL BE FRIDAY, 9/28/12 � NOON � 6:00 PM, SATURDAY, 9/29/12 � 8:00AM � 7:00PM AND SUNDAY, 9/30/12 � 8:00AM � NOON. Times are subject to change.
